Garam masala

Mix vegetable


  • Assorted vegetables (such as potatoes, carrots, peas, cauliflower, beans, etc.)
  • Cooking oil or ghee
  • Cumin seeds
  • Onions (finely chopped)
  • Tomatoes (chopped)
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • KPG Garam masala powder
  • KPG Turmeric powder
  • KPG Red chili powder
  • KPG Coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)


1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan.
2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they become golden brown.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.
5. Add KPG turmeric powder, KPG red chili powder, KPG coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Add the assorted vegetables and stir to coat them with the masala.
7. Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook on low to medium heat until they are tender. You can sprinkle a little water if needed.
8. Once the vegetables are cooked, add garam masala powder and mix well.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy.
