Welcome to the adventurous delight of chicken with KPG chicken masala. The perfect blend of spices will give you the real and authentic taste of chicken.
1. Soak 750 gms. chicken pieces with 1 tsp KPG chilli powder, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, ½ tsp KPG Turmeric Powder, 3 tbsp curd & salt. Keep for 1 hour.
2. Fry till crisp, 4 chopped onions in 4 tbsp oil.
3. Add 3 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp KPG Coriander Powder, 1 tsp KPG Turmeric Powder & 3 tsp KPG Chicken Masala.
4. Cover the saucepan tightly, turn heat to low and cook for 20-25 mins.
5. Add some lime juice.
6. Lastly, garnish with coriander and serve chicken curry with steamed rice or rotis.
