Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp KPG turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp KPG red chili powder
  • 2 tsp KPG coriander powder
  • 1 tsp KPG garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp KPG amchur powder (dry mango powder)
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Steps

1. In a pan, heat oil.
2. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and onions. Sauté until golden.
3. Add tomatoes, spices, and amchur powder. Cook until the oil separates.
4. Add mixed vegetables, salt, and water.
5. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.
6. Sprinkle garam masala, garnish with coriander, and stir well.
